Main Heating is part of Baxi Heating UK which is part of the BDR Thermea group of companies. This privacy policy explains how we use personal information that we collect about you (ie data that can be linked to a specific individual, including, but not limited to, when you use our website, when we speak to you about our products and services, when we conduct a survey at your home and when you take part in our field trials).

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you, which may include sensitive personal data, when you make an enquiry on our website, when we visit your home in order to conduct a home survey and when we speak to you, and information about your participation in a field trial.
