If your Main appliance requires an engineer visit and is still under warranty, you should initially contact the installer.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, then please call our dedicated team on 0844 481 0559 and we'll arrange a visit from one of our Gas Safe registered heateam engineers.

When you call us, please provide:
- Appliance installation address including postcode
- Your installer name and address
- Appliance serial number
Your serial number
The serial number can be found on a barcode sticker:
- Inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
- On the top of the boiler, or
- Inside the main front panel
