How often should my Main boiler be serviced?

Your Main boiler should be serviced each year.  We recommend the best time to do this is during the summer, when there is less demand on installers to attend emergency breakdowns.  Any Gas Safe registered installer should be able to carry this out.  Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain on 1 April 2009.

I would like a visit from a Main heating engineer, who can I contact?

heateam are the service division of the Baxi Group and provide Main's aftersales service. To arrange a visit please call 0844 871 1545.

I need a spare part for my Main boiler, can you recommend someone?

The interpart website offers a store location facility so that customers can quickly find their nearest outlet.  All enquiries for spare parts received by our Customer Service Centre on 0844 871 1540 are directed to one of our approved stockists.  Main does not sell spare parts directly to installers or the general public. 

How much does a replacement Main boiler cost?

The cost of a boiler is likely to vary according to where you buy it.  You can obtain prices by contacting your local stockists e.g. plumbers merchants.  You will need to add the cost of fitting.  For an estimate of the total cost you should contact a local Gas Safe registered installer.
