Main has added a new indirect storage unvented water cylinder to its range of Band A and Band B domestic boilers. The Main cylinder has been designed with independent merchants in mind, so they can offer a competitively priced, high efficiency complete heating system to their customers.
Available in capacities of 120, 150, 170 and 210 litres, the Main cylinder features a high grade stainless steel internal cylinder that offers really high resistance to pitting and corrosion. It has a coil-in-coil heat exchanger fitted low in the cylinder to produce as much hot water as possible, and a factory fitted electric immersion heater as back up.
The Main cylinder is straightforward to install; it is lightweight with integral hand grips in the base moulding so it is easy to lift and move, and all plumbing connections are coded and are accessible at the front of the cylinder, making it easy to fit.
Main Sales Director Jim Boyce said: "The launch of this cylinder comes hot on the heels of the successful new Main Eco range of Band A boilers, introduced earlier this year.
"It means that Main now offers a complete domestic hot water and heating system specially designed for independent merchants and their customers - competitively priced, easy to fit and easy to service. We can also arrange CITB accredited training on unvented hot water storage systems at one of our specialist training centres.”
